Give me some Lippies!

Let's celebrate National Lipstick day with my favorite lip products! I was curious about the origins of this day, and of course it was started by a brand (Huda Beauty in 2016) to launch a new lip product, but we all benefit as there are always great sales on lip products on this day. So let's celebrate by taking a look at some of my favorite reccs for the lips..which quite honestly don't include any "traditional" lipsticks!

Lip Liners

• Maybelline Lifter Liner - The best of the best drugstore lip liner. Lasts forever and comes in great colors! ($10)

• Makeup Forever Artist Color Pencil - Worth every penny, the GOAT of lip liners for a reason! ($26)

Lipblurs (not quite a liner, but not quite your traditional lipstick)

• Morphe Lip Filter Hydroplump Soft Matte Lipstick - Goes on smooth and gives a filtered look to your lips...not quite plumping, but there are other solutions for that! ($15)

• L'Oreal Blurfiller Blurring Lip Contour - Does exactly what it says it does...blurs and works great as a liner/filler ($13)

Lipstains

• Wonderskin Wonder Blading All-Day Lip Stain - Goes on blue, let it sit for a few minutes, wipe off for a beautiful color that will last all day! No peeling required! ($22)

• Kulfi Lassi Lips Staining Long-Lasting Moisturizing Lip Oil - Hydrating and staining....yes please! One of the few stains that make your lips feel good...and the colors are incredible! ($24)

• NYX Lip IV Hydrating Gloss Stain - A great drugstore option. Leave it on for a glossy look or wipe it off for a matte stain. ($12)

Lip glosses and plumpers

• Milani Keep It Full Nourishing Lip Plumper - Gives a nice plump but nothing too extreme that will leave you in pain (we have all been there!) ($12)

• Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Oil Luminizing Lip Oil 'N Gloss - Makes your lips sparkle and shine! ($26)

Lip Treatments

• Cocokind Ceramide Lip Blur Balm Hydrating & Smoothing Lip Treatment - I bring it with me everywhere I go! Good enough to be a standalone and works well over other products and smells great too!($12)

• Dr Reju-All Advanced PDRN Rejuvenating Lip Serum - No surprise, PDRN also works well on the lips! This gives great shine and leaves your lips feeling great! ($15)

• Caliray Lipguard SPF 31 Hydrating Lip Gloss Balm - One of the best SPF lip glosses there is, doesn't have that SPF taste and comes in great colors! ($19)
